Consultancy practices are usually structured around only very large customer organisations, so employ consultants specialising in very narrow fields, meaning teams of consultants are often required to address most business needs. This reduces time efficiency of discovery, solutioning and delivery. In 2008 Kanri was formed when we identified that, whilst there was need, not all sizes and types of organisations were able to reap the benefits of consultants, due to the cost inefficiencies.
We employ only very senior, experienced management practitioners who are very well rounded and able to see engagements through from start to finish, without relying on a huge team of other consultants around them to compensate for expertise gaps.
Due to this mode of operating, and being privately owned, we carry many less overheads as a business, and pass those savings onto our customers, via rates that are aligned with ‘junior consultant’ market rates, whilst only employing crew who are either ‘senior’ or ‘principal consultants’ in both expertise and experience.
We don’t have a large marketing engine, to flood the business world with Kanri brand awareness, so our successes and our resulting reputation is what helps us grow our business.
